Coleg Gwent seeks competitive tenders for the provision of an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for employees. which will include: • Managing and reducing Sickness Absences. • Provide a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation • Promote Health & Wellbeing to all staff • To contribute towards the Corporate Health Standard, HSE Management Standards and Investors in People Tenders will be considered for all or part of the following services: 1) HR Referrals ; Occupational Health advice for staff including individual contact by telephone to assist management of absence, pre – employment checks, ill health referrals and medical retirement 2) Health Surveillance Assessments - to meet the requirements of Health and Safety legislation 3) Eye Tests 4) Rehabilitation and support services - physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy 5) Physiological treatments - including CBT, EMDR and counselling 6) Specialist Consultation- Occupational Physician and Consultant 7) Employee Assisted Programme-24/7 confidential service
