BP1013 - Design and Build of Residential Housing at Chilwell, Nottingham - Three Sites

Tender description

The design and build of residential housing at three different small sites in Chilwell, Nottingham. Nine properties in total. All sites to be designed, managed and delivered at the same time. The intention is to issue second stage of tender to shortlisted Candidates at the end of January 2023 with a contract start date on all sites in April 2023. This second stage will include the contract terms, employers' requirements, preliminaries and the detailed architectural and engineering drawings. Sites Selside Court, NG9 5NF - Construction and design of three dwellings, consisting of o 1x 3 bedroom, 5 person house and associated parking and o 2 x 2 bedroom, 4 person houses and associated parking. - Houses to be of traditional masonry construction - To include surfacing to adjacent communal parking areas Gayrigg Court, NG9 5ND - Construction and design of two dwellings, both 3 bedrooms, 4 person houses and associated parking. - Houses to be of traditional masonry construction - To include the formation of additional communal car parking areas Felton Close, NG9 4GN - Construction and design of four dwellings, consisting of o 2 x 2 bedroom, 4 person houses and o 2 x 1 bedroom, 2 person apartments - Homes to be of traditional masonry construction - To include formation of adjacent communal car parking areas Please also review the attached floor plans and proposed site plans.
