The Contract is for the provision of development of 3,100 sq ft of workspace at Roslea Enterprise Centre. The building will comprise of a single storey structure, which may be designed for sub-division into two separate work units, incorporating open work space, office space, staff room and toilet facilities. The construction will consist of a steel portal frame, external cavity walls (part), internal solid walls, insulated cladded panels to roof and walls (part), along with associated mechanical and electrical services. External works consist of: access driveway, car parking, service drainage and landscaping.
