Workspace Development at Kinawley Enterprise Centre

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of 2,840 sq ft of workspace at Kinawley Enterprise Centre. The building will comprise of a single storey structure, divided into two separate work units, incorporating open work space, office space, staff room and toilet facilities. The construction will consist of a steel portal frame, external cavity walls (part), internal solid walls, insulated cladded panels to roof and walls (part), along with associated mechanical and electrical services. External works to consist of: access driveway, car parking, service drainage and landscaping.
