Tender description

The Countess of Chester Hospital Commercial Procurement Services wishes to award a national framework agreement for provision of Workforce Transformation Solutions. The proposed framework will provide Clients with a range of tools and solutions to deliver measurable improvements in all areas of workforce management. The successful Supplier will act as partner to support and facilitate a workforce transformation journey. For many Clients, this transformation journey will start with a focus on temporary workforce spend; controlling agency usage, developing stronger staff banks, facilitating collaboration and providing access to actionable workforce intelligence. The journey will then progress through a range of tools and solutions to help clients to optimise and transform their workforce. The deadline for submitting clarification questions about this invitation to tender is 4th January 2021 at 1700 GMT. The deadline for submitting a response to this tender is 11th January 2021 at 1400 GMT.
