WiFi Access Control Locks

Tender description

The University invites applications from Specialist Door Access Installation contractors for the installation of new wireless enabled Salto Door Access Control Equipment, relocation of Existing Salto Door Access Control Equipment and programming/commissioning of all New & Existing Salto Door Access equipment utilising the existing University Salto Database, software and Salto sync middleware in consultation with the University Facility Services Department. To this end the Installation & Commissioning Contractor must be a Salto Certified Partner. The contract will also comprise the installation of new network cabling and outlets to support the WiFi element of this project, ALL network cabling and outlets MUST be installed and tested by an approved Ulster University structured cabling contractor in line with University Information Service Department (ISD) guideline documents. The Specialist Door Access contractor will act as Main Contractor on this project. Note that the works will extend to ALL 4 Ulster University Campuses at Magee, Coleraine, Jordanstown and Belfast and include student accommodation.
