Tender description

The Project is for the relocation of the transport service, and includes the refurbishment of office accommodation, demolition of temporary buildings and external works. The works include:  Demolition of temporary buildings on the Gransha site.  Refurbishment of existing accommodation to provide office accommodation, and external works on the Gransha site.  Demolition of temporary buildings on the Altnagelvin site.  Relocation of temporary buildings within the Altnagelvin site. It is noted that works will be required to be carried out on both the Gransha and Altnagelvin sites at the same time.
