WHSCT - THE COTTAGE & BELTANY HOUSE

Tender description

The project is for refurbishment works at two respite units, Beltany House, Omagh and The Cottage, Sheperd’s Way, Derry. Beltany House - Works are required to improve this facility in accordance with RQIA recommendations; identified works include the provision of an extension to provide staff toilet & shower facility, staff office and general refurbishment works. The Cottage - Works are required to improve this facility in accordance with RQIA recommendations; identified works include refurbishment of kitchen area, conversion of a single bed room to an office and WC/ SWR and general refurbishment works. The contract period will be 6 weeks. Works will be required to be on-going at The Cottage and at Beltany House at the same time. The project will be required to be completed, commissioned and handed over by the end of March 2014, service users are working to these dates.
