Tender description

The Project is for the proposed proposed refurbishment of Spruce House, Altnagelvin Area Hospital. The refurbishment is primarily aimed at providing 3 respite spaces for Children by reconfigurating an area of the existing building. The majority of the works will take place in a vacant wing to the rear of Spruce House. Minor works will be required in live areas. Complex mechanical and electrical services, including medical gases, will be required as part of the works. Spruce House is located on the fully operational hospital site of Altnagelvin. Spruce House will be occupied & must remain fully functional throughout the works. Estimated contract duration: 10 weeks
