Tender description

The Project is for the: • Separation of foul and storm drainage within the existing hospital estate. • New pumped foul installation to discharge to public sewers. Directional drilling and installation of drainage pipes beneath existed listed building • Directional drilling and installation of drainage pipes beneath existed listed building • Demolition of existing sewerage treatment works following fallow period. • Renewal of incoming below ground services to a number of buildings. • Improvements to hospital site roads and footpaths, including associated street-lighting. • Paving of courtyards within the original Main Building (listed building).
