Tender description

A survey of Trust properties has indicated that The Erne Family Centre, Enniskillen requires major electrical remedial works, to ensure continuity of service from this facility. Funding for this programme of work has now been secured and it is anticipated that work will commence in the autumn 2013. Works to be considered under this scheme include; o Replacement of Power and lighting circuits throughout the building o Fire Alarm o Provision of IT infrastructure o Building Security o Personal Security (Pinpoint)if required o Site Lighting. All work should be carried out in accordance with relevant statutory standards and regulations. Services must be maintained during the construction phase. The roof of the existing boiler house and proposed adjacent LV switch room will need significant repairs. The existing felt should be removed, the roof should be re-sealed and a new felt covering supplied and installed.
