This project proposes the replacement of the current Chiller Plant that serves the following areas in the Nucleus Building at Altnagelvin Hospital: a) All Main Theatres b) Day Case Theatres c) HSDU Clean Room d) ICU e) HDU f) A & E g) Isolation Rooms (Ward 31 - 2 off) Recommended works include provision of:  Complete replacement of the Nucleus Chiller Plant. The main objectives of this project include:  Remove and replace existing Nucleus Chiller Plant at Altnagelvin Hospital.  Improve Resilience and of Nucleus Chiller Plant  Improve Efficiency of Nucleus Chiller Plant.  Improve operating and working conditions for Theatre Staff and Patients.
