Tender description

The Project is for refurbishment and improvements to Iona House, Derry Road Strabane. The refurbishment works will allow the WHSCT to relocate the Eating Disorder Service (EDS) to Iona House. The WHSCT aims to provide a specialist facility within the Trust area, providing easy access for clients. Iona House is currently vacant, however it is in reasonably good condition and minor refurbishment works are required to ensure that it is suitable for its new purpose, offices, training rooms, group therapy rooms etc. The contract period is 12 weeks. Works must be complete by mid-March 2015
