Tender description

The Project is for the provision of an extension to and refurbishment of Ward 4 of the Waterside Hospital, Gransha Park, Londonderry. The refurbishment is primarily aimed at implementing the reconfiguration of the existing `footprint` of the ward to provide 24 rehabilitation beds complete with the improvements to patient & staff facilities. Waterside Hospital is located on the fully operational hospital site of Gransha Park; the site has a mixture of psychiatric, administration, transport & ground maintenance facilities. Ward 4 is positioned within the Waterside Hospital Complex and will be vacated for the duration of the works.
