Tender description
The Project is for the provision of a minor refurbishment of Ward 3 Waterside Hospital Gransha Park, Londonderry, BT47 6WH. The refurbishment is primarily aimed at implementing the reconfiguration of the existing `footprint` of the ward to provide a 24 Bed ward (14 no. acute/rehabilitation; 6 no. sub-acute/sub-stroke/rehab and 4 no. continuing care beds) complete with associated patient facilities. Work is also required to enhance the internal fabric of the ward.
