WHSCT - PFI ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

Tender description

The WHSCT wish to appoint suitably qualified and experienced PFI consultants with a demonstrated knowledge of energy management , to provide advice to the PFI Contract Monitoring team at the South West Acute Hospital (SWAH). The advice to be provided will be with regards to the following areas; a) PFI Energy Monitoring and Reporting Obligations b) The review and validation of energy reports and consumption data received by the WHSCT c) To provide guidance to the SWAH Energy Committee on the establishment of the Energy Monitoring Period. d) Initial independent analysis of energy data received to date. The commission will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Estates Professionals, PFI Contract Managers and Legal experts to complete the data analysis and offer practical guidance and advice on the evaluation of options relating to the PFI energy management process.
