The Project is for the provision of the following works at Irvinestown Health Centre; • Minor works repair & internal refurbishment • Up-grade existing roof covering and external fabric of building • Replacement of floor covering/internal redecoration • Replace existing electrical installation including fire alarm/emergency lighting • Up-grade existing ICT/Telecoms System • Up-grade fire precaution • General DDA improvements and lift installation • Up-grade external hard standing area/improve patient access • Extend /Resurface existing car-park • Address as required potential Asbestos issues • Extend first floor to provide approx. 95sq. of office accommodation
