WHSCT Installation of Boiler at Altnagelvin and Conversion of Plant at Gransha

Tender description

The Project is for the supply, installation and commissioning of 1 x 8500KW natural gas and oil, dual fired boiler within the existing boiler house at Altnagelvin hospital. The supply, installation and commissioning of 3 x 1200KW natural gas and oil, dual fired boilers at the main boiler house at Gransha Hospital; the decentralisation of boiler plant at Waterside Hospital with the supply, installation and commissioning of 2 x 500KW natural gas and oil, dual fired boilers to be housed in a container also to be supplied as part of this contract; the decentralisation of boiler plant at Spruce Villa with the supply, installation and commissioning of 1 x 100KW natural gas fired boiler and 2 no. Gas fired water heaters; the decentralisation of boiler plant at Sow and Grow with the supply, installation and commissioning of 1 x 30KW natural gas fired boiler. The contractor shall include for the removal and disposal of all existing redundant coal fired boiler plant, ash conveyors, coal hoppers etc. at both Altnagelvin hospital and Gransha hospital and the chimney stacks at Gransha hospital. The contract will include for all alterations to existing services to accommodate the complete project. The contractor will also ensure there is minimum disruption to the end user.
