Tender description

Project K653 involves re-piping of large sections of the LTHW heating system and DHW system within the MDEC building to enable the building to be zoned to match the occupancy patterns for the different areas.Variable speed drives are to be installed on air handling units within the MDEC building and on the condensate return pump at the Altnagelvin boilerhouse. Project Y903 will include a review and upgrade of the existing heating system located in the main kitchen of the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital.
