Tender description

The scope of works will include: • The replacement of underground metallic pipework carrying LPG at a list of named premises throughout the Trust • The replacement of fuel storage tanks, and associated builders work at a list of named premises throughout the Trust All works shall be carried out in accordance with: • HSCNI Alert – Action on Underground Metallic Pipework Carrying LPG Gas • Health and Safety at Work Act • Local Authorities By-Laws and Regulations • Electricity Supply Authority's requirements • Gas Supply Authority's requirements • Fire Officers' Committee Rules • Appropriate British Standards and Codes of Practice • Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (N.I.) 1995 • Regulations for Electrical Installations • Gas Safety Regulations
