WHSCT - Endoscopy Unit & Other Alterations at Altnagelvin Hospital

Tender description

The Project is for: • Extension and conversion of the existing day hospital in the South Block to provide a new endoscopy unit • Refurbishment of the bed ward at level 1 in the tower block ward wing • Conversion of level 10 of the tower block ward wing to offices • Interim tower block adaptations to facilitate continuity of service • Repaint and minor alterations to modular offices adjacent to the mortuary. The overall contract duration will be nine months. The contract will be in three main phases with nine months for phase 1 - the endoscopy unit, four months for phase 2 - the bed ward at level 1 and four months for phase 3 - conversion of level 10, tower block adaptations and modular offices. Phases 2 and 3 will run sequentially with each other and concurrent with phase 1
