Tender description

The Project is for the provision of a stand-alone heating and domestic hot water plant within a newly formed boiler house. The boiler house is to be created within an existing store within the health centre. The heating system for Dungiven Health Centre is currently shared with Dungiven sports pavllion and owned by Limavady Borough Council. The main objective for this project is to install a stand-alone heating and domestic hot water system to serve the health centre. The heating system must be reliable, efficient and cost effective. The existing heating system will have to be disconnected and made good to the satisfaction of Limavady Borough Council, the team must ensure all health and safety issues are dealt with. The contractor must connect the new heating plant to the existing pipework entering the building at 2 no. locations to tie into existing circuits. The existing heating circuits are to remain to be served by the new boiler house.
