Tender description

The WHSCT are seeking to appoint a design team for the proposed refurbishment of Spruce House, Altnagelvin Area Hospital. The refurbishment is primarily aimed at providing 3 respite spaces for Children. This facility will be managed separately from the remainder of Spruce House. Spruce House is located on the fully operational hospital site of Altnagelvin. Spruce House will be occupied & must remain fully functional throughout the works. The majority of the works will take place in a vacant wing to the rear of Spruce House. Minor works will be required in live areas. The works must be designed and phased in such a way as to cause the minimum amount of disruption to the adjacent wards, support services & the overall Site.
