Tender description

The Project is for upgrade works to the critical care units (Theatres / ICU) at Altnagelvin Hospital including UPS / IPS electrical systems. It is anticipated that complex electrical services, will be required as part of the works and the team should have adequate experience of same. Complex electrical services include the following: IPS/UPS electrical supplies to a critical care environment complying with the MEGAN regulations and HTM guidance. The works will be carried out in a live hospital environment. These Trust Facilities will be some of the busiest within the Trust and the works must be designed and phased in such a way as to cause the minimum amount of disruption to the service. The contract period is 12 weeks. Works must be completed by mid March 2015.
