Tender description
The project comprises the fit out and refurbishment of a warehouse unit in Campsie Industrial Estate which will be leased by the WHSCT to provide a facility for the storage and distribution of community equipment. The works will include the provision of office accommodation and a decontamination suite in the existing unit 4B. External works will also be required to the front of the unit and general services installed throughout the warehouse unit. The contract period will be 12 weeks.
