Tender description
The Project is for the proposed upgrade of the building fabric on the former Great Hall, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital, Omagh.The fabric of this hall has suffered significant deterioration with the roof leaking and roof structure requiring replacement to ensure the building remains weather proof. The works consist of general repairs to the building fabric and will include the replacement of the roof covering, insulation upgrade, replacement rain water goods and window replacement.
