Tender description
Location of Works: BSO Shared Accommodation , Main Building, Second Floor, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital, Omagh The Project is for minor refurbishing works to the existing office accommodation and toilet area. Works will include upgrading of lighting, replacement floor covering, redecoration, toilet refurbishment and door access system. The works will be carried out in a live environment. The works will be phased in such a way as to cause the minimum amount of disruption to the service. Estimated Duration 6 weeks. Works must be complete by mid-March 2015.
