Tender description
The project is for the refurbishment of the reception / waiting area of Ward 41, Altnagelvin Hospital. The works include minor demolitions and the creation of three new areas; three bed ward, consultant’s office, and reception area. The works are located on the ground floor of the South Block of Altnagelvin Hospital. The contract period will be 6 weeks. The project will be required to be completed, commissioned and handed over mid-March 2014. Clinical staff and services are working to these critical dates.
