Tender description
The Project is for the upgrade of existing fire precautions in a number of Trust premises – in accordance with Building Regulations, Firecode HTM05 series and NI Firecode. Main works include: • Installation of swing free door closers linked to fire alarm on bedroom doors in Care Homes (including Beechlea, Woodlands, Beltany House and Clare House) • Replace fire alarm system in main Laundry, Altnagelvin Hospital Site. • Reduce no. of detectors in Tyrone & Fermanagh main block (excessive unwanted fire alarms). Contract Period: 10 weeks
