Tender description

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has a requirement to contract for the weekly testing of endoscope washers To weekly test 12 Endoscope washers to HTM 2030 Table 5e specifications. To include visual inspection of all connection to ensure no water leaks within the machines. To include TVC samples (bottles supplied by QC Pharmacy at QMC) to be taken from each machine and water sample to be taken for testing to QC Laboratory QMC Campus. Machines: 5 Endoscope washers at the City campus (seven chambers) (FC4 machine have two chambers) 4 Endoscope washers at the QMC Campus (five chambers)
