Requirement title: Website & Content Management System This is a requirement for Translink and returns for this section are due by: 15:00 UK Local Time on 03/02/2015 We wish to appoint a supplier to: * Design, develop & implement new website for desktop, mobile and tablet with fresh design and added functionality. * A more detailed description is available in side the PQQ document. The aim of this procurement is to award a contract to deliver the scope as detailed in the Pre Qualification Questionnaire. Translink is utilising an electronic tendering system to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued and it is intended that all communications with Translink including the submission of PQQ and Tender responses will be conducted via www.e-sourcingni.bravosolution.co.uk.
