Tender description

Lisburn City and Castlereagh District Council is seeking to appoint a website design company to develop, build and host a new corporate website and Staff Intranet. There will also be a requirement to identify a suitably hosted content management system, provide site testing, staff training and ongoing technical support. The appointed designers will also be required to undertake research and recommend best practice in the design of local government websites and intranets. There will be a requirement to liaise with the Council Chief Executive and team of Council Officers to agree the final specification and to manage the roll out of both sites.
