Tender description

Translink wish to employ the services of a single company to provide a water quality monitoring service to manage the presence of legionella at their various properties. Service to be carried out in accordance with the HSE: L8 Approved Code of Practice and Guidance and HSG274 Technical Guidance. Translink property portfolio includes approximately 350 buildings at 130 locations. Building use ranges from Stations to Bus & Railway engineering facilities, multi-storey car parks and offices. A total list of properties with water system assets has been inserted as per Appendix 1
