Tender description

Buying Solutions requires to establish Framework Agreements for use by or on behalf of UK Public Sector Bodies as identified in the relevant OJEU Contract Notice. These UK Public Sector Bodies have a need to purchase a range of vehicles. Buying Solutions will therefore establish a Framework Agreement to deliver this public sector requirement. The aim of the framework is to appoint suppliers who will be responsible for the complete supply chain from vehicle manufacturer through to after sales support. The framework will be divided into the following lots: Lot 1 – Cars including 4X4s Lot 2 - Light to medium commercial vehicles up to, but not including, 7.5 tonnes (inc car derived vans and mini buses) Lot 3 – Medium and Heavy commercial vehicles 7.5 tonnes and above Lot 4 – Motorcycles Lot 5 – Buses and coaches The UK Public Sector Bodies may decide to hold an electronic reverse auction on the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement(s).
