Tender description
Bids are invited from interested parties who would like to provide valuations as part of a framework of up to 4 per Lot. The valuation types have been divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Valuations relating to site and scheme acquisitions to include land, unit and commercial unit valuations. Lot 2 – Valuations relating to New Build Sales, Resales, Staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire and lease extensions. Suppliers can apply for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both.
