Tender description
The University invites applications from main building contractors for the upgrade of Block MV on the Coleraine Campus. Block V is a B1 Listed Building and the works will include: internal painting, provision and installation of new curtains, carpets/floor tiles, provision of a new kitchen, new bathroom/en-suite facilities, replacement lighting and some minor building and electrical works. The building will be occupied for the duration of the works.
