Tender description

This phase (Phase B) of the total redevelopment will provide a new inpatient ward block to include: • Inpatient accommodation – 12 wards, each with 24 single ensuite bedrooms • 4 Day Surgery Suites • 3 Endoscopy Suites • Cardiac Catheterisation Suite • Pharmacy • Landscaping • Communication links to existing hospital buildings The total foot print of this phase of the development will be approx 24,000sqm excluding communication and plant. The duration of the contract will be 36 months from the award of the contract.
