Tender description

The Project is for the provision of Ulster Hospital Phase B Enabling Works, which will involve preparing the site for the future development and construction of new Acute and Ward Blocks that will include day surgery, endoscopy, pharmacy, and generic ward accommodation. The enabling contract shall include the following: • Relocation of Medical Gases/VIE • Upgrade IT Infrastructure • Upgrade security infrastructure • Provision of new service road and street lighting • Upgrade of existing service road • New drainage system • Construction of new waste compound • Construction of new Trust Estate Workshops and Offices • Construction of new retaining walls • New earth retaining structures • Gas Distribution • Water Services Distribution • Medical Air Modifications • High Voltage Distribution • Fire Alarm Data Loop Infrastructure • New Crèche Facility • Landscaping
