UKpms Condition Survey 2019 - 2022 on behalf of LB Hillingdon

Tender description

London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Contractor to undertake UKpms Survey work on the borough’s road networks. This work will primarily involve collection of condition data using UKpms standard Detailed Visual Inspections (DVI) and full inventory survey on sections of the highway network as defined in paragraph 2 of theSpecification. There is also a requirement to provide additional data analysis and related services. The successful tenderer must have their own UKpms accredited system to load in inventory, annual survey data and to produce reports and other information as required under this contract and detailed in the schedule of Rates. The contract is for three years with no option to extend and the successful tenderer will be expected to complete the condition surveys as per the requirement outlined below; Year One - 100% of Condition Surveys to be completed by 1st October 2019, with all data returned to Hillingdon by 31st October 2019 Year Two - 50% of Condition Surveys required to be completed and data returned - TBC Year Three - 50% of Condition Surveys required to be completed and data returned - TBC
