TV Licensing Postal Services. • The Opportunity The contract will cover postal services for the following outbound TV Licensing (TVL) mail: i) Renewal and Retention Campaigns; ii) New Sales Campaigns; iii) Customer Service Activity. These mailings play a key part in assisting the BBC to manage the collection and administration of licence fee revenue. Around 40% of TVL letters are sent to unlicensed addresses as part of ongoing enforcement programmes. TVL also issues letters to customers as payment reminders, notifications of missed direct debits or for customer service activity (for example confirmation of change of circumstances). • Instructions for making an Expression of Interest Expressions of interest will only be accepted via the BBC BravoSolution eTendering Portal. Note that in order to submit an interest you will first need to register for an account.
