Strabane District Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified Lead Consultant on a project to provide a community garden and allotments complete with associated facilities. The site is to the north of Strabane town centre and close to the A5 off Tullacor Heights. The consultant is to provide the services for the development of the existing planning permission, the procurement of the contractor, the project management and CDMC roles throughout the project as specified in the Scope of Services.
