Tender description

The trust is seeking a contractor to install a new gas fired heating system within the basement of the Trust HQ building and will consist of the following items below: • Three floor mounted, 200 kW modulating gas fired, condensing boilers. • Primary heating / boiler shunt twin head pump set. • Secondary variable temperature twin head pump set. • Secondary constant temperature twin head pump set. • Low loss flow and return header(s). • Pressurisation unit and expansion vessel. • Dosing Pot. • Quick fill loop. • Isolation, commissioning and other relevant valves. The quick fill loop and expansion vessel will be connected to the nearest cold water supply and to the low loss header and will be complete with a suitable method of isolation.
