Tender description
NUH operate a number of software solutions which are critical to patient care or of such strategic performance that any interruption of support and maintenance for anything other than a small period of time could create significant service delivery risk. NUH therefore seeks a suitable ESCROW provider to ensure safe deposit and recovery of software source code from suppliers identified by the trust as need an ESCOW agreement putting in place
