Transporation and Public Realm Consultancy Framework

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the Transportation and Public Realm Consultancy Framework. The Traffic and Transport Directorate included in this contract are split into two Lots and are described below. Lot 1 – Traffic, Highways and Urban Design contains a mix of project work and specific tasks. Project work specifications identify seven standard work stages: • Initiation and Planning • Investigation and Feasibility • Initial Design and Development • Consultation • Detailed Design and Development • Implementation and • Review Lot 2 – Specification covers all aspects of work relating to transport strategy and policy within City of London Corporation. The Consultant will be required to provide a comprehensive professional service for a range of transport strategy and policy projects, including: • Stakeholder Consultations; • Development of Plans and Strategies • Accessibility Studies • Transport Studies • Transport Impact Assessments • Active Travel Schemes and Strategy • Network Planning • Sustainable Travel Planning • Transport Modelling • Development Management support • Economic Evaluation & Business Case Development • Feasibility Studies for traffic and transport schemes • Traffic, Transport and Pedestrian surveys Project evaluation/cost benefit analysis
