Tender description
TNI are keen to gauge the customer and information service standards in each of the VICs, they are also interested in getting a flavour of the overall visitor experience in the surrounding area. In line with the VIP requirements we ask the Mystery Shopper to put themselves in the visitors’ shoes and take a holistic approach to the assessment throughout the visitor journey of a given area. They require a mystery shop of each of the 32 VIC's according to an agreed criteria which provides benchmark scores.
