Tender description

The Authority require a biological specimen Packaging System (Packaging System) to enable the safe and effective on farm collection and transportation of UN3373 Category B (blood) samples for Gamma Interferon Testing in two (2) sizes; large and small. The Packaging System must be compliant with the Accord Dangereux Routier (ADR) Regulations which is a European Agreement concerning the international carriage of Dangerous goods by Road. http://www.unece.org/trans/danger/publi/adr/adr2013/13contentse.html In order to ensure the quality and viability of results, samples taken in the field must reach the APHA laboratory within a specified temperature range and the Packaging System is required to ensure this can happen.
