Tender description

The News is Barking and Dagenham Council's free fortnightly newspaper, produced by the Marketing and Communications team. It is distributed to more than 80,000 homes across the borough, circulating to as many as 160,000 readers. The News is the main conduit for the Council to issue essential communications, news and updates to its residents and is currently the Council’s only publication. This service is deemed to be essential and is critical to communicating with the residents to inform local people on local issues. Please not this does not include printing, just the distribution.
