The University of Ulster (hereafter referred to as the University) is seeking to procure a modern, integrated, flexible and user friendly HR information management and payroll system. The systems must be fully hosted, web-enabled and capable of modular implementation. The purpose of this document is to define the user requirements for the new HR/Payroll system.
