Tender description
The Authority invites tenders for the provision of services relating to the loading, haulage and transfer of residual municipal waste, co-mingled dry recyclables and organic waste from Authority Nominated Transfer Stations to Delivery Point(s) specified by the Authority. The Contract, which is the subject of the current procurement exercise, relates to waste which is deposited at the waste transfer stations operated by Ards and North Down Borough Council and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council. These transfer stations are located at: - Ards and North Down Borough Council – 161 Quarry Heights , Newtownards, BT23 7SZ; and - Mid and East Antrim Borough Council – 116 Moorfields Road, Ballymena, BT 42 3HJ.
