Primary Medical Care Service - Vicarage Field Surgery Hailsham East Sussex. East Sussex Downs and Weald PCT invites Expressions of Interest for the provision of Primary Medical Care Services as laid out and defined in the NHS (General Medical Services Contract) Regulations 2004 (as amended). The commissioning PCT and the services sought are as follows: Commissioning PCT: East Sussex Downs and Weald Services Sought: Essential, additional and enhanced primary medical services through a GMS contract in the Vicarage Field Surgery in the area of Hailsham East Sussex.
